This announcement is a matter of record

Capital placed
as principal.
Never as broker.

Haim BH Deals LLC writes merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing from its own book. The firm that reads your statements is the firm that prices the deal, signs the agreement, and originates the wire. Nothing is passed along, marked up, or shopped out.

Most merchant funding passes through hands that add cost, not capital.

Before a typical advance reaches a business, the file has been quoted by a shop that doesn't fund, packaged by a shop that doesn't underwrite, and funded by a party the merchant never meets. Each hand takes a margin. We took the hands out.

Whereas ¶1

Every intermediary is priced into your rateThe broker's commission and the syndicator's spread don't appear as line items — they appear inside the factor rate you're asked to sign.

Whereas ¶2

The quote and the contract are written by different partiesWhen the party who quoted you isn't the party funding you, the terms are free to drift between the phone call and the closing document.

Whereas ¶3

Approval waits on people you can't reachSyndicated deals need multiple parties to commit before money moves. Your timeline becomes their scheduling problem.

Whereas ¶4

Servicing outlives the salesmanAfter funding, the shop that sold the deal has been paid and has moved on. Questions about the balance land with strangers.

Now, Therefore — Resolved

One firm holds the file from first read to final debit.

Haim BH Deals LLC is the underwriter, the counterparty, and the source of funds on every agreement it signs. The factor rate on the term sheet is the factor rate in the contract, because both were written at the same desk on the same afternoon.

When you call about your balance in month four, the call is answered by the firm that holds the receivable — because no one else ever will.

Order of Business

Three articles. No addenda.

A complete file — short application plus three months of business bank statements — moves through this sequence, usually inside one business day.

Article the First
I.

Submission

You send the application and your last three months of business bank statements. No application fee, no hard credit pull, no obligation attaches to the submission itself.

Article the Second
II.

Determination

Our underwriting reads the statements the day they arrive and issues a written determination: factor rate, total remittance, schedule, and term — or a plain decline with the reason stated.

Article the Third
III.

Disbursement

Upon countersignature, funds move from our account to yours — typically within twenty-four hours. There is no waiting on outside participants, because there are none.

Standing Covenants

Six undertakings, made to every applicant.

Covenant § 1

We fund what we quote

The written offer is the binding shape of the deal. We do not restate pricing at closing, and we do not deduct unannounced fees from the wire.

Covenant § 2

Everything material, in writing

Factor rate, total remittance, debit amount, debit frequency, and term appear on the term sheet before any signature is requested from you.

Covenant § 3

Answers measured in hours

A complete file receives a determination the same business day in most cases. Silence is not an answer we give.

Covenant § 4

Schedules follow deposits

Daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly remittance — set to the rhythm your bank statements actually show, not to a template.

Covenant § 5

Declines carry reasons

If the file doesn't support an offer, we say so promptly and tell you what would have to change. No padded quotes designed to be refused.

Covenant § 6

The holder answers the phone

Balance questions, payoff letters, renewals, hardship conversations — handled by the firm that owns the receivable, for the life of the deal.

Put your statements in front of the decision-maker.

Section II · Operating Method

How a principal reads a file, start to finish.

Because we fund from our own balance sheet, every habit described below exists for one reason: we live with every deal we write. Here is the method, clause by clause.

2.1
Structure

The advance is sized to the statements, not to a sales target

We begin with what the bank statements actually show: average monthly deposits, how often money lands, how many days close negative, and what other obligations are already drawing on the account. The offer that comes back is the largest structure those facts responsibly support — and not a dollar past it. An over-levered merchant is a loss we would carry ourselves, so we have no incentive to write one.

Sized to deposits on the page — never to commission.
2.2
Speed

Decisions happen where the file lands

There is no intake queue, no committee calendar, and no outside participant whose approval we wait on. The person who opens your statements has the authority to price them. That is why a complete submission usually receives a written determination the same business day, and why a countersigned agreement usually funds within twenty-four hours.

Same-day determinations on most complete files.
2.3
Disclosure

The cost of the money is stated before you owe it

Every term sheet we issue states the factor rate, the total remittance obligation, the debit amount, the debit frequency, and the expected term — in dollars, before signature. There are no application fees, and nothing is netted out of the wire that wasn't printed on the page. If a number would surprise you at closing, it was never our number.

Full dollar cost in writing, before any signature.
2.4
Tenure

The relationship survives the wire

Because the receivable stays on our book, so does the relationship. Renewals, payoff figures, schedule adjustments after a slow month, and hardship conversations are all handled by the same firm that funded you — with the file already open. Merchants who perform well earn better pricing on the next round, and we tell them exactly what "performing well" means in advance.

One counterparty, first read to final debit.
The Underwriting Creed
"We are repaid out of the merchant's future — so the only file worth writing is one where that future is believable."
— Haim BH Deals LLC · Underwriting

What principal funding obliges us to do

Deploy our own capital on every agreement — no syndication, no participation, no resale
Put the complete dollar cost in writing before requesting a signature
Issue determinations from our own desk, on our own authority, usually same-day
Shape remittance schedules to the deposit pattern the statements show
Decline plainly, with the reason stated, when a file doesn't support an offer
Service every deal we fund, ourselves, through final payment

The method is the pitch. Test it.

Section III · Schedule of Programs

Five instruments. One source of funds.

Every program below is written and funded by Haim BH Deals LLC as principal. Underwriting matches the file to the instrument — and says plainly when none of them fit.

Working Capital Advance

Exhibit A
Our fastest instrument: a direct advance against near-term receipts, remitted daily or weekly. Built for operators who need runway now — inventory buys, payroll bridges, equipment repairs, tax deadlines — and whose deposits can carry a short schedule comfortably.
Term3 – 12 months
RemittanceDaily / weekly
Best suitedSteady daily depositors needing immediate capital

Revenue-Based Financing

Exhibit B
Remittance keyed to a fixed share of revenue rather than a fixed dollar figure — heavier when receipts run strong, lighter when they don't. The structure of choice for seasonal and cyclical operations that a rigid daily debit would strangle in the off months.
TermRevenue-paced
RemittancePercentage of receipts
Best suitedSeasonal & cyclical businesses with uneven months

Monthly Remittance Program

Exhibit C
A single debit per month at our lowest factor pricing, reserved for established operations with stronger credit profiles and predictable billing cycles. The natural graduation step for merchants who have outgrown daily-remittance structures.
Term12 – 36 months
RemittanceMonthly
Best suitedEstablished firms, ~650+ FICO, monthly billing

Consolidation & Restructure

Exhibit D
Multiple active positions retired into one schedule the deposits can actually carry. Cuts the aggregate daily drain, restores negotiating position, and clears the path toward longer, cheaper structures on the next round.
TermCase by case
RemittanceSingle unified schedule
Best suitedOperations carrying two or more open positions

Asset-Backed Revolving Facility

Exhibit E
Draw, repay, and draw again against pledged collateral — real estate or titled equipment. The lowest-cost structure on our sheet, written for mature operations with clean history that want standing access to capital rather than a one-time advance.
TermRevolving
RemittancePer drawn balance
Best suitedMature firms, ~680+ FICO, with pledgeable collateral

Underwriting assigns the instrument — the applicant just sends the file.

You don't need to pick an exhibit before applying. Send the statements; our underwriting will identify which structure the deposits support and put written options in front of you. If the honest answer is "none of them, yet," you will hear that too — with what would need to change.

Section IV · Standards of Eligibility

The statements are the résumé. Credit is a footnote.

A credit score is one line in a file that runs many pages. Deposit volume, deposit rhythm, negative days, and existing obligations decide far more of the outcome. Here is where files actually land.

Class I.

Prime Profile

680+ FICO · Strong deposits
Monthly remittance programs at the lowest factor rates on our sheet
Eligible for the asset-backed revolving facility with collateral
Highest ceilings and longest terms we write
Consolidations priced with meaningful rate relief
Consistent deposits plus clean credit command our best pricing — and priority handling.
Class II.

Near-Prime Profile

600 – 679 FICO · Moderate deposits
Weekly and bi-weekly remittance structures as the standard write
Monthly programs attainable with a strong deposit record
Factor pricing typically from the low 1.20s
Consolidation available for stacked files
This is where deposit strength does the heavy lifting. Good statements routinely outvote a mid-tier score.
Class III.

Deposit-Driven Profile

Below 600 FICO · Judged on flow
Daily and weekly remittance structures only
Approval rests on deposit volume, rhythm, and stability
Conservative ceilings sized strictly to current deposits
A demonstrated path to Class II pricing on renewal
We write only what the deposits can carry — and pass, with the reason stated, when they can't.
¶ Construction of this schedule

Class boundaries are guides, not gates. Final determinations weigh average monthly deposits, deposit frequency, negative-balance days, and open positions alongside credit. A 665 score with erratic deposits can qualify for less than a 605 with strong, steady flow. The whole file is read before any number is issued.

The Full Read

Six inputs decide every determination.

No single figure approves or declines a file. These are the inputs, weighed together, on every submission.

Input · 1

Average Monthly Deposits

The anchor of the file. Depending on class and instrument, structures generally run between 75% and 150% of average monthly deposits.

Input · 2

Deposit Rhythm

Frequency matters as much as volume. Steady daily receipts read far stronger than the same total arriving in two lumps.

Input · 3

Negative-Balance Days

Days closing below zero are the sharpest warning in a statement. More than a handful per month narrows both instrument and ceiling.

Input · 4

Open Positions

Existing advances cap what can responsibly sit on top. Heavily stacked files route toward consolidation before new capital.

Input · 5

Credit Profile

FICO shapes which instruments open and at what price — but strong, consistent deposits absorb a great deal of credit weakness.

Input · 6

Responsible Ceiling

The maximum the file supports with everything weighed. It is computed before structuring so no deal is born over-levered.

Section V · Questions of Record

Asked more than twice, answered here.

Straight answers to the questions merchants actually raise. Anything not covered goes to the same desk that underwrites the files.

Q.1

What does "principal funder" mean, concretely?

It means the money in your account after funding is Haim BH Deals LLC's money — not a broker's placement, not a syndicate's pooled commitment, not a third party's check with our name on the cover letter. We underwrite the file, we sign the agreement as counterparty, and we originate the wire. One firm, on both ends of every promise made to you.

Q.2

How quickly can funding actually happen?

A complete submission — application plus three months of business bank statements — usually receives a written determination the same business day. Once you countersign, funds typically land within twenty-four hours. The pace holds because no step waits on anyone outside this firm.

Q.3

What does the money cost, and where are the fees hidden?

They aren't. Our factor rates run from 1.17 to 1.49 depending on file strength, instrument, and term. The term sheet states the factor rate, the total dollar remittance, the debit amount, and the frequency before you sign anything. No application fee, no origination fee netted from the wire, no charges introduced after signature. The full breakdown lives on our Rates & Disclosures page.

Q.4

What do you need from us to start?

The short application on the contact page and your last three months of business bank statements. That is a complete file for a first read, and there is no hard credit pull at this stage. If a particular instrument or amount needs anything further — a voided check, a license copy, a brief call — we name it specifically before asking.

Q.5

We already carry positions. Is applying pointless?

No — stacked files cross this desk every week. Depending on deposits and total exposure, the answer may be new capital alongside what exists, a consolidation that retires several schedules into one, or a candid "not yet" with a date to revisit. What you will not get is an offer that buries you deeper just because it could be written.

Q.6

Is there a path from daily debits to something longer and cheaper?

Yes, and it is deliberate. Merchants commonly start in the working-capital advance, graduate to monthly remittance as history builds, and — with collateral and clean performance — reach the revolving facility. We map that path at the first funding and tell you precisely what the file must show to take each step.

Q.7

What are the minimums to qualify at all?

As a rule: six months operating, roughly $15,000 in monthly business revenue, and an active business bank account. Credit matters less than most applicants fear — deposit strength carries the file. Send the statements and you will get a written answer on exactly where you stand.

Q.8

Who handles the account after the wire lands?

We do — necessarily, since the receivable never leaves our book. Payoff letters, balance questions, schedule adjustments after a rough stretch, renewals: all of it is handled by Haim BH Deals LLC directly, for the life of the agreement. There is no servicer, no call center, and no ticket number.

Q.9

Do you offer SBA loans, term loans, or consumer products?

No. Haim BH Deals LLC writes commercial merchant cash advances and revenue-based financing, as principal, and nothing else. We do not broker bank products, and we do not fund consumers. If your situation calls for a long-amortizing bank loan, we will say exactly that rather than force the wrong instrument onto your file.

A question of your own? It reaches the underwriting desk directly.
